Ónos eső veszélye miatt keddre másodfokú (narancs) figyelmeztetést adott ki Baranya, Bács-Kiskun, Békés, Csongrád-Csanád, Heves, Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok, Nógrád, Pest, Tolna vármegyék területére a HungaroMet Nonprofit Zrt.
Az MTI-hez eljuttatott veszélyjelzésükben azt írták, kedden a délelőtti óráktól kezdődően dél felől egyre többfelé kell számítani ónos esőre. Az ország nagyobb részén kis mennyiség – jellemzően 1 milliméter alatti – valószínű, de elsősorban az ország középső sávjában, a Duna-Tisza közén és a Dunántúl délkeleti részein jelentősebb, 1-5 milliméter közötti ónos csapadék is előfordulhat.
Az ónos eső mellett fagyott eső is lehet. A meteorológiai szolgálat ezért keddre a kilenc vármegye területére másodfokú (narancs) figyelmeztetést adott ki, ezekben többórás ónos eső várható, amelynek mennyisége meghaladhatja az 1 milliméternyit. A többi vármegyére elsőfokú figyelmeztetés van érvényben gyenge ónos eső veszélye miatt.
