Sok egészségügyi dolgozó még meg sem kapta az új munkaszerződést, amely szerint március elsejétől, vagyis egy hét múlva kellene dolgozniuk – hangzott el az RTL Klub Híradójában. A független egészségügyi szakszervezet szerint a változások miatt a szakdolgozók majdnem fele fontolgatja, hogy otthagyja az állami egészségügyet.

A Magyar Egészségügyi Szakdolgozói Kamara szerint már a járvány előtt is jelentős volt a szakemberhiány, a vidéki kórházakban 15 százalékkal, a fővárosban 20-30 százalékkal kevesebb szakápoló dolgozott, mint amennyire szükség volt – derül ki az összeállításból.
Most ez is nőhet, ha sokan nem írják alá az új munkaszerződésüket, amellyel március 1-től megszűnne a közalkalmazotti jogviszonyuk.
A minisztérium úgy reagált: semmi nem indokolja, hogy később vezessék be az új jogviszonyt.
