Dízelüzemű és hidrogénmeghajtású buszok beszerzésével folytatja idén a járműfiatalítási programját a MÁV-csoport – közölte a társaság az MTI-vel.

A feltételes közbeszerzési eljárás 10,5 milliárd forint értékben 131 autóbusz megvásárlását teszi lehetővé, az ajánlatokat február 6-ig várják. A korszerű, környezetkímélő járművek Baranya, Bács-Kiskun, Fejér, Győr-Moson-Sopron, Somogy, Tolna, Vas, Veszprém és Zala vármegyében közlekedhetnek – írták.
A MÁV-csoport a dízelüzeműek mellett egy hidrogén-üzemanyagcellás buszt is vásárolhat, erre a HUMDA Magyar Mobilitás-fejlesztési Ügynökség Zrt. és az Energiaügyi Minisztérium közös pályázatán 267,2 millió forint támogatást nyertek. Az ajánlattétel határideje január 31., a jármű Csepel és Szigetszentmiklós térségében szállítaná az utasokat.
A járműfiatalítási program folytatását a társaság a szolgáltatások színvonalának javításával indokolta, a közlemény szerint ennek érdekében folyamatosan fejleszteni kell az autóbusz-állományt.
Az elmúlt hat évben a mintegy 5800 darabos flotta több mint 40 százalékát cserélték le, a járműveik átlagéletkora 10 évre csökkent – tették hozzá.
